Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Clevé, our priority is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your skincare journey. However, if you receive a product that is not up to our standards, we are here to help.
1. Exchange & Return Eligibility
* Time Frame: Products bought online can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided the original receipt or order confirmation is produced.
* Condition: Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with the price tag/label intact.
* Sale Items: Please note that items purchased on Sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge.
* Report the Issue: You must contact our Customer Support team via email or WhatsApp 0315-4010082 immediately upon receiving the order.
* Evidence: Please attach clear images or a video of the defective product and the receipt.
* Verification: You will receive a verification call from our team to confirm the issue.
3. The Return Process
Once your return request is verified as a valid defect:
* Drop-off Option: You may deliever the parcel at any courier center and notify us, so we can guide the warehouse team.
4. Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)
Clevé does not offer Cash Refunds.
Instead, we offer a Store Credit/Coupon system:
* Upon receiving and verifying the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue a Coupon Code equivalent to the price of the returned article.
* Usage: You can use this coupon to purchase any item on our website (www.cleveskincare.com) for your next order.
* Validity: The coupon is valid for [e.g., 30 days] from the date of issuance. Please ensure you use it before it expires.
* Processing Time: The entire verification and coupon issuance procedure takes approximately 7 business days.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed or shipped.
* How to Cancel: Contact our support team immediately.
* After Shipping: Once you have received a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking information, the order cannot be canceled. It will then be treated under our Exchange Policy.
Clevé reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:
* Item is out of stock.
* Pricing errors on the website.
* Payment declined or unverifiable contact details.
