At Clevé, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your skincare journey. If you ever need to return or exchange a product, we have outlined our straightforward policy below to assist you.
RETURN POLICY
We strive for perfection. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will fully replace it or provide a solution immediately.
Additionally, if you change your mind about a product and no longer wish to use it, you can return it to us under the following conditions:
• Condition: Products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used or opened skincare products.
• Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 24 hours from the date of receipt.
• Documentation: Please include your proof of purchase (Order ID) with the return.
• Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Here is how you can initiate a return:
• Capture Evidence: If the item is damaged or faulty, please take clear pictures immediately.
• Contact Us: Email us at cleveskincare@gmail.com or WhatsApp us to request a return.
• Details Required: In your message, please state the Reason for Return, your Order Number, and the Name of the Item(s).
• Pack It: Pack the products securely in their original packaging with the seal intact.
• Refund Method: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue you a Store Coupon for the same amount as the returning item.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Clevé offers a 7-Day Goodwill Exchange Policy, provided that:
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• The seal is completely intact.
• The product packaging has not been tampered with.
Important: Items purchased during a SALE cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product received does not match the one you ordered.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
• Email us at cleveskincare@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp to request an exchange.
• Specify the reason for the exchange, your Order Number, and the items you wish to exchange.
• Once approved, we will guide you through the process to send your chosen replacement item.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us immediately.
• Timing: We typically dispatch orders within 2 to 3 days. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.
• Shipped Orders: Once you have received a tracking number or the order has been handed to the courier, we are unable to cancel it.
